Why choose Legacy Pediatric Dentistry?

“Dr. Scott” Folkman realizes that going to the dentist is not exactly everyone’s favorite thing to do. Most people’s fear and anxiety of dental visits are due to a childhood unpleasant experience or simply the unknown. In 2012, right after completing dental school with a focus on pediatric dentistry, he founded Legacy Pediatric Dentistry. His mission? To create a new generation of happy, comfortable dental patients by providing a friendly, positive atmosphere at each and every visit.

Here at Legacy Pediatric Dentistry, we know your child is special, and deserves to be treated with the utmost respect. We subscribe to the wise words of Dr. Seuss when he wrote, “A person’s a person, no matter how small.”

At Legacy Pediatric Dentistry, we offer a range of services, including sedation, to ensure your child gets top-notch care while feeling safe. Call us today to schedule an appointment and let us show you a fun way to experience a dental visit!

WHEN SHOULD I BRING MY
CHILD IN FOR A FIRST VISIT?

The American Academy of Pediatrics suggests that kids should have their initial dental checkup by first tooth or first birthday, whichever comes first. We fully agree with this recommendation!

What age range of kids
do you see?

We welcome babies through kids up to age 18, or until big kids decide they are too cool for us. Usually by then they have most of their adult teeth, and they’re ready for one of those boring, adult dental practices.
